A corrupt Soros-backed judge, or rather a woke Hennepin County District Attorney named Mary Morardi, has decided that Tesla owners in her jurisdiction can apparently live in fear, facing potentially thousands of dollars in damage with absolutely no repercussions for the perpetrator.
We’re talking about a Minnesota state employee, Dylan Brian Adams, 33, who allegedly keyed SIX different Teslas, causing over $20,000 in damages. And what happens? This Tim Walz employee gets set free! A progressive district attorney has declined to press criminal charges despite what police believe to be clear evidence of these felonies.
The decision is being slammed by a frustrated Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara, who stated that the damage in each case was the equivalent of a felony. In a scathing statement, Chief O’Hara expressed his frustration and that of his officers, emphasizing that they did their job by identifying, investigating, and arresting a suspect, only for the County Attorney’s Office to decline charges. He rightly pointed out that any frustration should be directed solely at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.
The excuse given by the attorney’s office? Apparently, this approach to property crimes helps ensure the individual keeps their job and can pay restitution, as well as reducing the likelihood of repeat offenses. We call BS! This isn’t about ensuring someone keeps their job; it’s about a cruel ideology that seems to validate these destructive acts. Let’s be clear: these were six separate felonies, and they’re being ignored.
We even have clear video evidence, obtained from the victims’ onboard surveillance cameras, showing this dork in a Golden State Warriors jersey (in Minnesota, no less!) casually keying these vehicles. He was caught on camera doing this, yet was released from custody in just over 24 hours pending formal charges that, as it stands, won’t be filed.
Sources indicate that this isn’t an isolated incident with this prosecutor. During her very first week in office, Morardi reportedly dropped all charges against an individual accused of a heinous crime. This pattern of woke policies is creating a dangerous environment.
Let’s not forget the motivation here. Some believe this stems from a hatred of Elon Musk, and this is a way to demoralize Tesla owners. Whatever the reason, the message being sent is clear: in Hennepin County, you can cause significant damage to private property without facing criminal charges, especially if you work for the state.
While federal intervention might be unlikely as vandalism of private vehicles is typically a state crime with local prosecutorial discretion, we implore every single one of the six Tesla owners to file civil lawsuits against this individual. Make him pay for the damages, and let this follow him around for the rest of his life.
