While most Marvel shows have felt like extended films brought to life on the small screen, She-Hulk truly feels like a TV show in the very best way. And because of that, we’re hopeful that a second season will soon be commissioned.
As it stands, Loki is the only live-action Marvel series that’s been renewed so far on Disney+. But if any of these shows deserve a second season, it’s She-Hulk. Any objections? No? Good.
Join us here at Digital Spy as we file a pending lawsuit against Disney in case She-Hulk doesn’t come back for more episodes.
When Marvel announced its Phase Five slate at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, She-Hulk season two was nowhere to be seen, but that’s not necessarily a cause for worry. Marvel usually waits for a show to finish before announcing its return, which means that a She-Hulk announcement could come anytime now.
And if it does, we reckon season two wouldn’t arrive until 2024 until the very earliest.
She-Hulk isn’t She-Hulk without She-Hulk! So that means Tatiana Maslany would absolutely return again to play Jennifer Walters in a potential second season. But who would join her? The following seem to be likely candidates:
• Ginger Gonzaga as Nikki Ramos
• Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner / Smart Hulk
• Josh Segarra as Augustus “Pug” Pugliese
• Renée Elise Goldsberry as Mallory Book
And given the nature of this show, there are plenty more guest stars who could swing on by in future episodes, including:
• Jameela Jamil as Mary MacPherran / Titania
• Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky / Abomination
• Megan Thee Stallion as a fictionalized version of herself
• Benedict Wong as Wong
• Rhys Coiro as Donny Blaze
• Griffin Matthews as Luke Jacobson
• Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock / Daredevil
• Patty Guggenheim as Madisynn King
