A ranch based in New York refused model Rami Bader to ride a horse because of her weight.
The model and TikTok star posted a video on her TikTok account in which she shared footage of the ranch with the text over it that read, “Shoutout to Deep Hollow Ranch in Montauk for making me leave because I weigh over 240.”
Bader was on a trip to Montauk organized by Hampton Water Wine, where she was denied a horse ride over weight concerns.
“I’ve rode horses before and have never had this issue,” she wrote in the caption. “Please advertise this on your signs for the future.”
She emphasized the issue in the comments that she is not asking for any ‘opinions’ and that the event itself was very ’embarrassing’ for her.
“I don’t really need any opinions on this one,” she wrote.
“It’s the fact of how it wasn’t advertised and how poorly it was handled. This was my experience, not yours. It was very embarrassing to be told I need to leave alone when everyone else got to stay lol.” Bader added.
As of June 15, the video has garnered over 1.7M views and many TikTok users in the comments came out in support of her.
