At the beginning of last week, Ezra Miller he was subject to further legal problems and negative press. Parents of 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes have accused ‘The Flash’ star of “physically and emotionally abusing” their daughter.
The girl’s parents are denouncing the actor for his actions and request a protection order against Ezra claiming that he took advantage of Tokata after they first met on the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota in 2016. At the time, Tokata was only 12 years old and Miller was 23.
Now, it is reported that the courts can’t locate ezra to serve the court order of protection against you.
Chase Iron Eyes and his wife, Sara Jumping Eagle, said they have a temporary order of protection from a Standing Rock Sioux tribal court, but the court has been unable to locate Miller for delivery.
Court documents against Ezra Miller state that the actor allegedly gave Tokata alcohol, marijuana, and LSD. They also indicate that he has demonstrated a “pattern of corrupting a minor” through “controlling behavior and cult-like psychological manipulator”.
Despite this situation, the young minor used her social networks to disagree with her father’s accusations and confessed that Ezra has been “a loving support and invaluable protection”, all this while she has suffered some emotional ups and downs in the last years.
According to the order, Miller would be prohibited from “contacting or harassing” the girl or her parentsand would also be required to stay 100 yards away from the family’s home until the hearing on July 12. If Miller does not appear at the hearing, the court will grant the “requested relief” in the restraining order.
This statement only adds to the charges that Ezra Miller has had in the past and in which he has gone to jail.
Miller was arrested twice in Hilo, Hawaii, last March for disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at a bar.
