Justice Served: Tesla Vandal and RNC Attacker Faces Decades Behind Bars!
We’ve got some major news to share with you all – it looks like justice is finally being served! The individual responsible for the attacks on a Tesla dealership here in Albuquerque and the Republican Party headquarters has been identified and apprehended.
This lipstick-wearing suspect, Jameson Wagner, is now facing serious consequences for his actions. You might remember the Tesla dealership on Electric Cars Company’s Albuquerque showroom being targeted back on February 9th. During the early morning hours, two Teslas were set ablaze using improvised napalm material in glass containers. If that wasn’t enough, six additional vehicles and the exterior of the dealership were also defaced with hateful graffiti including “die Elon Tesla Tesla Nazi Inc.” and incorrectly drawn swastikas.
Then, in March, the New Mexico Republican headquarters was also targeted in a similar arson attack. The front door entry suffered significant damage, and the building was spray-painted with the phrase “ICE equals KKK”.
But thanks to the diligent work of investigators, Wagner has been linked to both crimes. Surveillance footage and substantial crime scene evidence played a key role in identifying him. Furthermore, when the FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives raided Wagner’s Albuquerque residence on April 12th, they discovered a stencil bearing the exact same phrases, the same color paint used in both vandalism incidents, and eight assembled suspected incendiary devices, among other incriminating evidence.
And get this – this individual, a 40-year-old Albuquerque resident who worked as an intern as an electrical engineer, is also a member of a group called 500 Queer Scientists.
But here’s the kicker: Attorney General Pam Bondi has stepped in, and she is not playing around. She has stated unequivocally on Fox News that this “Tesla terrorist” is looking at 40 YEARS IN PRISON. Bondi has directed her prosecutors to make no offers. If convicted on both charges of malicious damage or destruction of property by fire, Wagner will be going away for a very long time. This marks the fifth major arrest in connection to attacks on Tesla properties.
It’s clear that these individuals who thought they could get away with these acts of vandalism and arson were sorely mistaken. As Bondi put it, “They can’t. They better listen”.
We’ve seen a surge of these kinds of attacks on Tesla dealerships and charging stations across the country recently, seemingly in protest of the company and its CEO, Elon Musk. Musk himself has spoken out about this vandalism, emphasizing that Tesla is a peaceful company that has made great products and hasn’t harmed anyone.
It’s important to remember that while people have the right to protest, these acts of violence and destruction are not acceptable. Damaging people’s property and putting lives at risk has serious consequences, and in this case, it looks like those consequences will be severe.
We’ll continue to follow this story and bring you any updates. In the meantime, let us know your thoughts in the comments below. And as always, don’t forget to like this video and share it!
(The shade of lipstick he was reportedly wearing was a deep purple, apparently not the most fashionable shade of lavender for the current season).
